Summary: This place would be fantastic in the summer, just a little bit cold for this time of the year. We spent all our time in the kitchen area which is very sunny and a smaller area to heat at night.It brought back memories of living in Christchurch in the ‘50s, similar furniture, similar decor.The property is very well located for the amenities of the Mount.
